"Most beautiful sunrise"

Right behind the capital building is one of the most beautiful small streets in all of Washington DC, it is 1st Street. The morning sun on the capital is stunning. Just across the street is one of the most impressive public buildings in all of Washington DC, The Library of Congress. The building features a circular rotunda with impressive frescos and gilding. This is a must see for anyone that believes education is a key to freedom.
