"Very Nice and Pleasant Neighborhood"

One of the best looking neighborhoods to live in is at 1st Avenue. I drove down the street a while back and was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. Many of the buildings are new and kept well.

At one point, 1st Avenue stops and becomes a dead end. Otherwise, it is a great street to live on.
Pros
  • Beautiful looking area
Cons
  • Dead end street
