What are home prices like in Central Park, New York City at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

Central Park isn't a neighborhood, it's an actual Park. But the apartments directly surrounding the park -- on the Upper West and Upper East Sides are insanely expensive. They're considered the prime real estate of Manhattan. A 1 bedroom on the low end is gonna be around $2500 / month and that's probably not right on the park. Middle is around $3300 and high, we're talking about $5000 / month for a 1 bedroom.
