As of August, 2012 there is a Whole Foods Store in Ingleside.

Your best bet for grocery stores in Ingleside, San Francisco is the Pacific Supermarket--which is in Crocker-Amazon, technically. There is also a Trader Joes in Lakeside. In Ingleside proper there is only a corner market that I know of.

You could also try the West Portal Produce market for fresh fruit.
