Traylor moved into that neighborhood in 2007 at 120 Aptos which may be the explanation for the increase of assaults and robberies. She is excellent at these two areas of conduct especially complete home burglaries of your documents, your medical records and your mail. Maybe, you should check out who purchases the next place in that neighborhood. I definitely would not wish for anyone to have her as a neighbor, nor near any children, people who might be vulnerable and her alcoholism is the worst part of her conduct causing many people severe damage. Too bad we cannot have people like this barred from neighborhoods who are so dark and quiet, but present themselves as "good citizens." Traylors are always Traylors who cannot cognitively, nor intellectually process the importance of having an excellent character it is impossible for that family to know. She is the last person I would wish to have as a "neighbor."

Balboa Terrace is one of the safer areas in San Francisco. However, compared to the burbs there is still alot of crime in this neighborhood. Although there have been no murders here, there have been 50 assaults and 20 robberies in and around Balboa Terrace in the last six months. That isn't too bad for the city but you still should take the usaul common sense precautions when living in the city.
